If you will ask for the number they will deny, but ask for scheduling a callback. Update(March 15): One thing which I wasn't aware of is VISBLE HAS CALLBACK OPTION. Apple claimed the responsibility that a locked device was sent as a replacement for unlocked device, although carrier would have also easily unlocked it. I was having similar conversation with visible so I though they did that but next day the same Apple lady called me back that network team had unlocked it. She wrote a request to network team and my device was unlocked literally within 20 minutes. She was the only one who said "I can try but can't guarantee". I had a call with one of the Apple's senior Advisor. Update(March 26) : My phone is unlocked! Apple unlocked it. Anyone with suggestions what should I do? I will be traveling internationally in some time which will make my phone useless for the travel. As per Apple the phone automatically got linked with the first sim that I inserted so carrier will unlock it and as per Visible it was already unlocked so its all Apple fault. I have contacted both Apple and Visible and they are just juggling me around. Now the replaced phone is showing me carried locked with Visible. I got a new phone from AIG thanks to Apple Support coverage that I had. My phone got unlocked (purchased from visible) after 60 days but I lost my phone recently.
